Send Night Tour
In February, as a family we joined the Send in California to do a 6 night tour! We stopped in Danville, Fresno, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and San Diego. Wherever we went the goal was to inspire the body of Christ to preach the gospel; whether it’s right where you are or across the world, Jesus said in Matthew that “the harvest is ready but the laborers are few, so pray to the Lord of the Harvest to send forth laborers into the harvest field”. We believe and have seen revivals sparking all over the world, and this is at the hand of faithful followers of Jesus who have said “yes” and followed him into the harvest field.
These nights of worship were so beautiful and FULL of the presence of Jesus. In all the places we went, we were in awe of the same thing on these nights… the hunger! The desire for Jesus to make himself known in our state and in the world was so prevalent, everyone was so eager to see the lost saved, families restored, bodies healed. It was such an honor to be a part of.
To be so blessed to be able to minister as a family is beyond what I could have ever imagined for myself. Our first stop in Danville fell on Asa and I’s third anniversary and we were able to go out the night before and enjoy one another before the event the next day. We kept recounting on a few things:
How cute and brilliant and wonderful Florence was
How insane our lives are!!!
We are living in true wonder, to love the Lord and one another and to serve alongside each other and to have our daughter alongside us as well. It’s all too overwhelming. Especially being able to do a stop in my home region (Fresno), I was at a loss for words. The hunger that we were witnessing in a room full of all ages, I was filled with gratitude. That what my family had sown in faith for many generations, I was now seeing fruit of?! So utterly incredible!
Our last Send Night stop was in Costa Mesa and it took over our Circuit Rider Monday Night, and it was filled with just as much hunger as every other stop. Though Circuit Riders carries this mission and partners closely with the Send, therefore most Monday Night’s carry this same message, there was still a cry, a desperation to say “yes” to Jesus. Again and again and again, “yes, Lord” is our response.
Here are the statistics from the Send Night tour:
1311 took action
1125 said yes to jumping into the Bible deeper
994 committed to prayer for our state, our nation, schools, families etc.
289 committed to reaching local high schools
413 committed to reaching local universities
975 committed to reaching their neighborhoods
682 committed to reaching the nations
122 committed to reaching the nations IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS!
The Send Scotland
From the Send Night Tour, we had nearly a 4 week break before we were off again, this time with my sister in tow to lead worship at the Send in Scotland. Asa and I had toured Europe and the UK in 2020 together and had seen so many beautiful things on that trip. We got to join the Send last year in London at a “pre rally” event and we were just in AWE at the levels of hunger at that event. As soon as we came back, I asked if we could be sent back this year to the full Send events because I wanted to follow through with what we had sown in July. And we were not disappointed, it’s like wells of revival history are overflowing again in the UK. People are hungry to give their lives to Jesus in every conceivable way! No matter where he sends them, no matter the cost, time and time again Jesus is captivating people to a degree where they are incapable of turning away. I feel so honored to serve alongside this ministry and to lead hungry people in worship to the Lord.
Within the first hour of the call to the nations over 500 people in Glasgow committed to going to the nations! I don’t have all of these stats yet but I know that people said “yes” to Jesus big time!
